What it is

Celvian Core is connected to your customer account. It tracks your XP, current level, badges, reward codes, birthday reward, challenge progress and selected launch access.
Progress is earned
Orders, challenge completions, referrals, content, campaign periods and certain product actions can all move you forward.
Status becomes useful
Higher levels unlock stronger rewards, better access windows, shipping/service perks and more premium treatment over time.

Every paid order earns XP from the order subtotal. Challenges and campaigns can add extra XP on top.

XP system
XP is the engine. Levels are the result.
Core XP is built around real activity: buying, completing challenges, showing proof, referring people and participating during special windows.
Paid orders earn XP from the order subtotal, rounded down. Shipping, taxes and refunded amounts are not treated like permanent progress.
Training Core and higher can earn a normal-order XP booster when no campaign multiplier is active.
Special windows like Black Week can apply a stronger multiplier. Campaign multipliers override the normal tier booster.
Challenge rewards add bonus XP when the challenge is verified or completed automatically.
If an order is refunded, XP can be removed based on the refunded amount and your level can be recalculated.

When a product has a launch date, Core checks your account level and calculates your access window. You must be logged in for the system to recognize your level.

The dashboard keeps your focus clean: usually one mindset, one community and one growth-style challenge. First Core Order is prioritized early, because a commerce system rewarding the first order is apparently not illegal yet.

Proof
Manual challenges need proof. Automatic challenges need the right order action.
For manual challenges, tag @celvianofficial on Instagram/TikTok or send proof through Celvian Support Chat. Referral challenges can be verified through order notes, support chat or the details requested in the challenge. Automatic challenges are checked from order data and product tags.
Badges & rewards
Some rewards are codes. Some are status markers.
Your dashboard can show issued reward codes, active birthday rewards and badges. Codes are made to be copied directly from the account page, because hunting through email like a medieval tax archive is not the premium experience.

When level reward codes are issued, they appear in your dashboard as copy-ready code pills.
15% birthday pass
Eligible Core members can receive a personal birthday discount, valid for 30 days, once per customer, with a minimum €30 subtotal.

Badges show milestones like first order, repeated activity, early supporter status and special campaign participation.
Campaign streaks

Inside your account
The dashboard is where Core becomes real.
After logging in, open your account and go to the Core dashboard. There you can see your XP, level, next target, active challenges, completed challenges, rewards, badges and birthday pass when active.

Is Celvian Core free?
Yes. You join by creating a Celvian account. There is no separate membership fee.
Do I need to be logged in?
Yes, especially for early access and dashboard features. Core needs your account to read your level and show your benefits.
How do I earn XP from orders?
Paid orders earn XP from the order subtotal, rounded down. For example, a €74.90 subtotal earns 74 base XP before any active booster or challenge bonus.
When do I move to the next level?
Your level is based on total XP: Warm-Up Core at 0–499 XP, Training Core at 500–1199 XP, Dedicated Core at 1200–2499 XP, Elite Core at 2500–4999 XP and Inner Core at 5000+ XP.
What happens when I complete a challenge?
If it is automatic, the system updates progress from eligible order activity. If it is manual, Celvian verifies the proof first, then the challenge is completed and the XP reward is added.
Why do I only see 3 active challenges?
The challenge library is larger, but the dashboard keeps a focused set active at one time. When challenges are completed, new queued challenges can become active.
How do referrals work?
Referral challenges are verified manually. The referred customer should mention your name, email or Instagram handle in order notes, or contact Celvian through support chat when requested.
How does early access work?
Selected products can have a launch date. Warm-Up Core gets 1 hour early access, Training and Dedicated get 4 hours, and Elite and Inner get 24 hours. Guests see the public launch time.
Where do my reward codes appear?
Issued reward codes appear inside the Core dashboard in your customer account. The code pills are made to be copied directly.
Does XP expire?
In the current Core setup, XP does not decay just because time passes. Refunds can still reduce XP, and future campaign-specific perks can have their own expiry rules.
Can I lose my level?
There is no time-based level decay in the current setup, but refunds can reduce XP. If your XP drops below a level threshold, your level can be recalculated.
What is the birthday reward?
Eligible Core members can receive a personal 15% birthday reward code. The code is once per customer, valid for 30 days and requires at least €30 subtotal.
