Can I Exchange an Item?

At Celvian, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, simply return the item you don’t want and place a new order for the one you do.

How to Get the Item You Want

  1. Return Your Original Item: Start by following our Return Policy to send back the item you no longer want.
  2. Place a New Order: You don’t need to wait for your refund to start your new order — feel free to purchase the replacement item at any time.
  3. Get Refunded: Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. See our return timeline for details.

Why We Don’t Offer Direct Exchanges

  • Faster Processing: By treating returns and new purchases separately, we can process each one more quickly.
  • Stock Availability: We can’t always guarantee an exchange item will still be in stock by the time we receive your return.
  • Customer Flexibility: This approach gives you the freedom to reorder any item at your convenience, including choosing something completely different.
