Order & Delivery Questions
For questions about your order, please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. This helps us find your order faster.

Returns & Refunds
The recommended way to request a return is through your Celvian customer account, because it lets you track the return process and receive return instructions automatically.
- Recommended: Log in at celvian.com/account using the email from checkout, open Orders, find your order, and click Request Return.
- Chat: Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of the website and select Request Return under Instant answers.
- Email: Email Support@celvian.com with your order number and the subject line “Return - (Item Name)”.
