A) Product Information & Availability

✔️ Availability is subject to stock levels, and we reserve the right to discontinue products without notice.

B) Order Acceptance & Cancellation

✔️ Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
✔️ If your order is canceled from us, you will receive a full refund.
✔️ Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless covered by our Returns Policy.

C) Pricing & Currency

✔️ Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your location for convenience.
✔️ However, all transactions are processed and charged in EUR (€) at checkout.
✔️ The final amount you pay may vary slightly due to exchange rates and your bank’s conversion fees.

📌 International Orders: Customers outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties and taxes. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

5️. Shipping & Delivery

✔️ We ship both domestically (Finland) and internationally.
✔️ Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping within Finland.
✔️ International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
✔️ Delivery times vary depending on the destination. See our Delivery Information page for details.

📌 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages: Celvian is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages once handed over to the carrier. Customers should first contact the carrier, then our support team if additional assistance is needed.

 

6️. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

✔️ Customers have 14 days from the delivery date to return eligible items.
✔️ Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
✔️ Some products (e.g., underwear, swimwear, personalized items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
✔️ Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

📌 Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers must return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

📌 Force Majeure: Celvian is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, internet failures).
