At Celvian, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return

Please visit Account.celvian.com and log in using the email address you provided at checkout. Once logged in, go to the "Orders" section, locate the order you wish to return, and click "Request Return" to submit your return request.
Note: If you would like to receive your refund as store credit, please write "Refund to store credit" in the notes section when submitting your return request for each item. - Receive Return Instructions: Our team will email you the return address and detailed instructions.
- Ship the Item:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refund Processing
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refund Method: You can choose to receive your refund in one of the following ways:
- Refund to your original payment method (default option).
- Refund as store credit — perfect for future purchases, and it never expires.
- Refund as a gift card. Please see our Gift Card Terms of Use for details.
If you'd prefer store credit or a gift card, simply indicate this in the notes section when submitting your return request.
- Conditions: Refunds may be declined if the item is damaged, used, or missing tags.
Return & Cancellation Fees
- No handling fees: We do not charge cancellation or restocking fees.
- Return shipping: You pay the return shipping (unless the item is incorrect or defective).
- If your order had free shipping: When your order originally qualified for free shipping (country threshold shown at checkout, typically €100 or in Denmark €120) and—after your return—the kept items total falls below that threshold, we deduct our original outbound shipping cost from your refund. If your kept total stays at/above the threshold, no deduction is made.
“Kept items total” = your original order total minus the items you return.
Refund Examples
- Example 1 (threshold €100): You order €120. You return a €70 hoodie ⇒ kept items = €50 (< €100). We deduct our original outbound shipping cost (e.g., €10 for your country). You receive €60.
- Example 2 (threshold €100): You order €120. You return €10 socks ⇒ kept items = €110 (≥ €100). No deduction. You receive €10.
- Example 3 (Denmark, threshold €120): You order €140. You return a €30 item ⇒ kept items = €110 (< €120). We deduct our original outbound shipping cost (e.g., €14.90). You receive €15.10.
Note: Since we ship worldwide, shipping costs vary by country and destination. If you'd like proof of the shipping cost we paid (e.g., 10€), please contact us at Support@celvian.com with the subject line: "Proof Shipping Cost – [Your Order Number]". We’ll gladly send you a copy of the shipping receipt.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Celvian is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
- If your package is lost, contact the carrier first, then Celvian support if necessary.

Exchange Policy
- Celvian does not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size or color, return your item and place a new order.
