How do I purchase a Celvian Gift Card?

Celvian Gift Cards are available exclusively online through our website. These are digital-only — no physical card will be shipped.

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your gift card code, which you can forward to the recipient or print out and gift in person.

Does the gift card expire?

Yes — Celvian Digital Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Any unused balance expires after this period unless a longer period is required by applicable law. No fees are charged. Gift cards are non-reloadable, cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. If a code is lost or stolen, we may reissue it at our discretion with valid proof of purchase.

Can I use a gift card across multiple orders?

Yes. Any unused balance will remain available until fully spent. You can track your balance by reaching out to our team.

Can I use a gift card during a sale or promo?

Absolutely. Gift cards work like cash and can be used during any promotional period.

Can I combine a gift card with another payment method?

Yes — if your order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the rest using any accepted payment method (like credit card or Apple Pay).

Can I use a discount code to buy a gift card?

No. Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of gift cards.

What happens if I return an item bought with a gift card?

Refunds go back to the original gift card balance. If you used multiple payment methods, the refund will apply to the gift card first, then the remaining amount to your secondary method.

Can I buy one for someone else?

Yes! Just check the “I want to send this as a gift” box on the product page. You’ll be able to enter the recipient’s email, name, and a personal message — and we’ll send the digital gift card directly to them on your behalf.

Prefer to forward it yourself? No problem — you can also enter your own email at checkout and pass it on manually or print it out.

What if I lose my gift card email?

No problem. Contact us at Support@celvian.com with:

• Your name
• Email used at checkout
• Gift card order number

We’ll help you retrieve the code, as long as the balance hasn’t been used.

Can I return or cancel a gift card?

No. All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be returned, canceled, or exchanged for cash unless required by law.
