At Celvian, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our fulfillment process begins as soon as your order is placed and confirmed. We ship with tracked services. Delivery times are in working days and begin after dispatch. The checkout always shows the final price based on your address and cart. Free-shipping thresholds (where available) apply to the order subtotal after discounts. For non-EU deliveries, customs & duties may apply and are payable by the recipient.
Shipping rates & Delivery times
Order Processing
We typically process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Tracking Your Shipment
As soon as your package ships, we’ll email you a tracking link so you can monitor its progress in real time.
Partial Shipments
Occasionally, items in your order may ship from different warehouses or at different times. In such cases, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
