I Still Haven’t Received My Refund

Why Haven’t I Received My Refund Yet?
Refund processing times depend on several factors, including the return transit time, warehouse processing, and your payment provider’s policies. Here’s what might be causing the delay:
1. Return Still in Transit
- Depending on your location and chosen return courier, it may take several days to up to 30 days for your return to reach our warehouse.
- If you used a tracked shipping service, check your tracking details to confirm whether the return has been delivered.
2️. Return Processing Time
- Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it can take up to 7 business days for our team to inspect and process the return.
- After your return is approved, we will issue your refund immediately.
3️. Bank Processing Time
- After we process your refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to release the funds into your account.
- Most refunds appear within 8–15 business days, depending on the original payment method.
How to Check the Status of Your Refund
🔹 Step 1: Track Your Return
- If your courier provided a tracking number, check the status of your return.
- Look for updates such as "Delivered," or "Processed."
🔹 Step 2: Check Your Email
- You will receive a confirmation email from Celvian once your refund has been processed.
- If you haven’t received this email, it likely means we are still processing your return.
🔹 Step 3: Wait for Bank Processing
- If you received the refund confirmation email but don’t see the funds yet, your bank is still processing the transaction.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
