• Fast dispatch: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, Helsinki time).
• Free shipping (where available):
  • Finland, Åland Islands, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: free over €100.
  • Denmark: free over €120.
  • All other destinations: paid shipping — the best rate is calculated at checkout.
• Customs & duties: For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes/fees are paid by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

• 14-day returns from the day you receive your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer (we cover it if the item is incorrect or defective).
• No handling or restocking fees.
• If your order qualified for free shipping and, after a return, your kept total falls below the country threshold, we deduct our original outbound shipping cost from the refund. (“Kept total” = original order minus returned items.)
• No direct exchanges — please return for a refund and place a new order.
• Gift cards are non-refundable.
